Guide to navigation on the website.

A description of the main functions of this website is listed below.
 

1. Navigation
The drop down menus at the top of the site are used to navigate around the site. When the mouse moves over the menu point, a drop-down will appear and sub-menus will appear if/when more menus are available . As the mouse travels down to one of the menu points it will change colour and the relevant page can be choosen by clicking the mouse. The menu point 'REGISTRATION' is viewable, but only active after logging in. See the next point for details.

2. Log in
This competition is available only to invited companies. Each company has received an invitation with a username and a password. It is necessary to use these log-in details to access the registration pages and register your team(s) and participants. On the registration page insert the username and password in the relevant fields and click the 'Sign in' button.

3. Registration / Payment
When logged in, you will gain access to the registration menu, where it is possible to register a team for the tournament and participants for the party saturday evening. It is also necessary to pay the registration fee via normal bank transfer to our bank account. Once you have completed your online registration, a confirmation will automatically be sent by email to your registered email-address. This confirmation will contain all your registered details, including number of teams, participants and total price for your participation. Furthermore our full bank-details will appear also from the confirmation and you are kindly requested soonest to arrange for transfer of the amount mentioned in the confirmation.

COMPANY:
Here you type all your contact information (all red fields are mandatory). Special attention should be made about email address - please insert only ONE address. Once all fields have been filled in, the 'next' button will become active and you
can click to next page.

REGISTER:
Here you enter your number of teams, participants and also your sponsorship, should you wish to support the cup with a cash sponsorship. Click next once you have completed the registration form.

GUESTS:
Type in full names of all participants.

CONFIRM:
You now have a full summary of your registration, which you are kindly requested to check before you click the 'CONFIRM' button. Should you need to change details, you can navigate to previous pages by clicking the 'BACK'button.

PAYMENT:
Once you have clicked 'CONFIRM' to your registration, , a short text will inform that you shortly will receive an email with your full registration details, your order number for your registration and instruction for payment of the registration fees. 

4. Game plan
This menu point will be updated soonest after we have received all team-registrations. Note that registration must be made latest 06 Jan 2012. We expect to be able to publish all groups of the 3 leagues and a completed
game-plan by beginning of week 3. All companies participating with teams will receive an email with information, once the gameplan is available here on the website.

NOTE: You are all kindly requested to take prints of your relevant schedules, as no programme will be issued or available during the tournament.

Upon completion of RECHTOCUP 2012, we will update the complete gameplan with results of all matches.
